Graduating from uni or leaving school can be an uncertain time for young people, with many unsure where to go next. We identified that 16-24 year olds were not connecting with the EY brand and the awesome careers they offer, because previous collateral was confusing, corporate and lost in a sea of competitors.

Our solution was simple, to go where our audiences live and breathe.
We created the world’s first careers brochure on instagram, helping our young audience navigate the working world through engaging story content and posts from real employees who were once in their shoes.

We used instagram’s features like the story highlights to deliver our content in a simple, clear and easy to digest way. Each highlight was tailored to a specific audience so whether you are a grad or school leaver you could see the content that’s right for you.

I had a central role in this project right from the start, from the initial concept phase, through to presenting to the client, and working closely with the production team to direct the shoot and final delivery.
