Corona Cero

A new website Macfarlanes, reflective of the stature, quality and spirit of the firm, which would help to revitalise the brand for the modern world, without losing its heritage.

The Nature Exchange

Corona wanted to celebrate the launch of their new 100% natural, alcohol free beer, Cero. Instead of taking on other non-alcoholic beer brands though, our task was to find a way to take on the soft drinks market, promoting Cero as a more natural and healthier alternative to everyone’s go to fizzy drinks.

The idea behind The Nature Exchange was to get consumers to ‘swap their pops for hops’, creating a place where people can swap their usual fizzy drinks for a bottle of alcohol-free Cero. The aim was to disrupt their usual habit of grabbing an unnatural drink from a vending machine and instead encourage a more natural choice.

Nature plays a huge part in the brand and the product so we played on the juxtaposition between the natural and unnatural, creating a nature-filled oasis in London’s Shoreditch.

Start by grabbing a fizzy drink from a vending machine then follow a nature trail to the nature exchange. Once there, consumers can swap out their can of artificial drink for a natural alternative, on the house.

Filled with beautiful plants, swings and benches the space became the perfect spot to try something more natural, whilst providing a haven for people to disconnect from their busy lives and reconnect with friends in nature.

I was the creative lead on this project, pitching the original idea to Corona, developing the creative concept and art directing the final outcome. I also helped to run the pop up event itself.
